Account 115980xx
June 1, 2018: account created without my knowledge, authorization or consent. The account and any charges/transaction are fraudulent. Requesting your investigation of the matter. Filed a complaint with the federal trace commission, and will be reporting to the local law enforcement agency here in San Diego. I am also requesting sw gas corp. Remove/discontinue the erroneous data and information to the three national credit reporting agency's. I do not and have not lived in Nevada and any claim or address referenced is also fraudulent. .
