Ross Dress for Less - Service

I selected two clothes at the store and realized that I did not take the credit card with me and the store did not take Zelle or Paypal payment. I asked if I could come back with my card. The cashier told me they could keep the clothes for me. After I came back to the store with my credit card about an hour later, I was told by the cashier that they did not keep them for customer. I was dumbfounded. I asked that someone working at the store should give me an assistance finding the staff that was promised to keep for me or talk to your manager. The greeting guy at the entrance told me to find out the clothes in the fitting room. I asked him if anyone could guide me there for help. I was told nobody would go with me, just by myself. I had no other options and went to the fitting room to try my luck. When I talked to the lady in charge of the fitting room, she seemed perplexed and had no idea what I was talking about. I patiently explained to her that I was advised by the store staff to come to you for help to locate my clothes. So occasionally, I saw the clothes, one polo T-shirt and pant hanging on the shelf. I was so happy to have them again. However, I was turned down by the cashier that I should stand in the line again. I asked to talk to the store manager. When the manager showed up, she directly said one word to me, "Don't yell at my staff!" It was so rude and unreasonable for her to start the conversation by saying that way. I did not yell at any one in the store. I expected the manager could be fair in solving the issue that should not have happened if her staff had not lied to me. The rudeness and framing innocent customer up behavior of the store manager is something far beyond the basic ethics and professionalism. She acted so disgustingly as a manager in front of her customer Shame on her and shame on the store to hire such a unethical person as a manamger.

Desired outcome: I would like an official apology by the manager in the public.
