Jack In The Box

I am a regular at Jack in the box, go there all the time. On Christmas Eve about 10 pm (Don't know the exact time, Vicente did not give me a receipt) I went through the drive through & ordered tacos & curly fries. I've ordered them many times before & they usually put them in the same kind of container as the regular fries. When I got them they were in a different container & they had an extremely strong smell of garlic. I opened the container & they were wet. I asked Vicente about it & told him i want regular curly fries, not these stinky wet garlic fries. He said those are the only curly fries they have. I said "Since when? I order them all the time!" He said as far as he knows those are the only ones they serve. I was not happy. I rechecked the menu, no mention of garlic curly fries. I checked the menu online and again no mention of garlic curly fries. What's going on? Was he just messing with me because he doesn't want to work Christmas Eve? I don't understand.
