Personal training sessions at EOS on Tropicana in Las Vegas were properly cancelled 8/12/2023. The training session account was deactivated and the last session was 10/09/2023 or 10/16/2023.
Since that date, EOS has continued to take the training amount on an auto payment, so the training session payment was not deactivated and to date two additional payments (with no training sessions) have been billed $100 on 10/27/2023 and $100 on 11/28/2023.
I request the $200 be credited back to my charge card and the auto payments cease.

and the auto payment billing has continued. EoS needs to stop the auto payments and refund the overpaid amount.
Local management is not helping.

EOS Fitness - Sauna and steam sauna room
Dearest
As a regular sauna room user, always enjoy my time to unwind and relax after a workout or a long day at work.
However, I have reported verbally of the issue to several staff of members for three weeks; but yet, the issue has not been dealt with.
We have a faulty door at dry sauna room, which keep slamming and very loudly every time someone enter or leaves the sauna room. The door needs to be fixed or replaced.
Also at the stream room, we have to seat and wait inside the room for; about 20 to 25 minutes for the stream to start, which can be so frustrating and very irritating.
My experience at the sauna rooms has not been very pleasant.
Do please deal with these issues.
