This front desk clerk named brittany, who knows nothing about hospitality argued with me about getting a late checkout. Wyndham diamond members get a 2pm checkout, end of story. At 1st she said no late c/o, then said I could have until noon (c/o is at 11am). At 11am sharp I get a knock on my door "housekeeping!" wtf? Someone forgot to tell housekeeping that I had a late c/o. To make matters worse, she had the nerve to ask me why I booked the room through expedia instead of wyndham, since i'm a diamond member (expedia was cheaper). I told her it was none of her business and brittany, who is being outright rude at this point said "i'm just trying to help you get the best rate here." wtf? You've gotta be kidding me. I'm so mad right now, I could chew nails.
