Wen Hair Care

My sister purchased Wen shampoo and hair care kit. There was a spritz and anti-frizz styling cream. Oh, and the shampoo. I started using it about 5 months ago. The last month and a half I have noticed a huge increase in hair loss. In the shower I lose a huge handful. Now I have several areas that are very thin and a small bald spot that is slowly growing on the crown of my head. Right on the top. I've been trying to hide it by parting my hair differently but one side of my head is so thin, it's horrible. I'm not a vain person by far. But the two thing I take pride in the most are my eyes and my hair. Now I don't want to go out or get it cut. I don't know what to do. I was using the product 4 days a week. It made my hair feel kind of heavy, but my sister's hair looked great. Then I heard about other women suffering from hair loss and I stopped using all the products. My sister even received a second shipment of full-sized product. I don't have a way to take a photo right now. No cell phone and camera is down. Once it's back I can send a photo.
