NewChic - boots

ordered two pairs of boots and paid with my visa card. one pair came in. the other has not and I need these for Christmas. They took the money for both pairs out of my bank but no boots..
the invoice number is [protected]
Transaction number is 5w523520w50193018

If these aren't going to be shipped in the next 20 or 3 days Refund my Card!
I cant afford to pay for something I didn't get..
Please help!
