Great Clips

I scheduled a haircut through your app and it showed 0 time wait. I walked in around 2:00 pm on 5/18/2021 with no other customers and three female employees huddled around a chair. I told the girl my name was on the board. She responded if I had a mask. I informed her no, because I have been vaccinated. Also I am a disabled veteran who is exempt according to the CDC who has it on their website. Also, the president just announced a couple of days ago that the CDC said that if your fully vaccinated, you don't have to wear a mask. I find it interesting that Great Clips had no mask mandate prior to the CDC announcing that a mask was required due to a pandemic, but now that its been announced that you don't have to wear one, Great Clips has more knowledge than the CDC, scientists and doctors. Your female employee said that Great Clips has a policy that requires masks.
Well after 21 years of being a customer of Great clips, my wife, kids and I have a policy also, we will no longer spend our hard earned money at Great Clips on your haircuts or products. There are a ton of other businesses that offer haircut services and will welcome our money.
You might want to have your company fall in-line with the modern news before you loose more customers. One last thing, just remember, Facebook, Twitter and other media outlets are a great way for Great Clips to loose business just from this one incident. Word of mouth goes along way also.
