The uppers we're loose from the getgo and after waiting for the lower implants (2) to heal and fuse to the lower jaw for the implantdenture to snap to. They were not fitting well and they actually hurt to just have them in, let alone to chew with. I was assured that they (Aspen Dental) would make the adjustments as required to make them comfortable and usefully. When I went in for those adjustments the original dentist had moved to Canada and his replacement filed down one part of the lower denture and it helped where it was causing some pain. The other areas of discomfort were not even dealt with and I was told that the gaps between the denture and gum were normal and didn't even try to adjust them and told me to get used to the pain while the uppers didn't even get looked at even though they were so loose glue didn't even work.
