Whataburger

My general manager McKenna Phillips has still not fixed my pay. As a permanent graveyard worker I am supposed to be making $12 an hour but I am still only making $11, there are a few people that have gotten there pay fixed but not everyone… this ties in with another problem communication. She is extremely bad at communicating with everyone from managers to team leaders to employees. You will never hear anything important from her you'll hear it from someone else the day that it's happening. I found this out my first day working there that's how bad it is. Another problem is favoritism, she favors this guy named Rudy. She made him a manager, when he definitely should not be a manager, and he gets payed the most out of all the managers, not because he's good, because he's not, but because she's friends with him. Managers that have been there longer and know more don't make as much as he does.

I've also been told that multiple employees have complained to corporate about her and her lack of communication and they have done nothing about anything because corporate favors her.

The most recent problem would be tonight (12/16/21) two people have called in for graveyard tonight so we will only have 3 people working. When she was called to cover she simply said that she wasn't going to come in because she was going to be coming early in the morning… leaving us understaffed. Not only do the 3 of us have to run the store all night and the lobby till 3 but we are also get truck tonight.
