Excuse me? First of all, how hard is it to spell the word " the"? Silly old person?, I mean wow how boring are your lives? Wow. Lol. You really got me! Go F#$! YOURSELVES. Have you ever heard of principalities ?[censored]s.
As a store manager, I apologize for how you were treated. The sale was BOGO 75% off. From the receipt, I only see 3 pieces of clothing listed and you would have to buy 4 to get another percentage off. (BOGO) That being said, you get the clothing of equal or lesser value discounted which is what was done. There are 2 listed for $10 each. Instead of listing the whole discount amount under one of the prices they split it up under 2 of them. I don't understand why they do this because it confuses many people. 75% off of $10 is $7.50. If you add both amounts that it says was discounted, it adds up to $7.50. If your other piece of clothing for $12.50 was under a 75% off sign and not a BOGO 75% off sign, I have no explanation for that except register error. These discounts are downloaded through the whole company and more often than not, there are mistakes. Personally I always try to figure it out with the customer but sometimes I don't have an explanation either. At that point I write down the info about whatever it is I'm question then contact my DM or marketing to let them know it's not working right. I hope this helped you understand in some way and let you see that not all managers are like the one you experienced. I've only had my store for 3 years and was never given the " mandatory" 2 weeks of store manager training so I learn as I go. My biggest rule is treat the customer as you would want to be treated. If there is a next time, I hope you have a better experience! š
