First I would like to let you know about the poor attitude that your Drive Thru person had. When we were placing our order my wife asked a simple question and the woman first responded with a loud sigh and then an attitude and a sharp answer. Not very professional!
Next were ordered 2 Whopper Jr's, a Classic Chicken Wrap and 2 large Onion Rings. The burgers were sent out cold and on stale buns, the tomatoes were mealy, and the lettuce brown and wilted. The chicken wrap had the same problem with its vegetables. The Onion rings were cold and soggy. I went into the Burger King and asked to speak to the Manager and was told the they were too busy to speak to me right then but if I came back or called in about an hour I could talk to someone.
We just decided to leave, we discarded the food and went somewhere else to eat. It's a shame because we both like Burger King, but after today's experience I am highly doubtful if we will be returning to the company.
Claimed loss: The meal was only $21.39, but for the aggravation and poor food quality, that was way too much to spend, especially after we had to just throw it away.
Desired outcome: I would like to see a refund if possible, or maybe some good will sent our way in the form of 2 free meals or even a simple jester of coupons for burgers etc.
