Mavis Discount Tire

Quoted one price. Both my husband and I were on the line so, there was no mistaking the price we had agreed to because we both heard it. After work was done and we went to pick up the car, bill was suddenly almost $400 more. There were a few services we did not agree to on the bill and were flat out charged for. Felt genuinely scammed. Manager gave us a fake apology "sorry you feel that way". I've never agreed to the price of a service over the phone for it to change after you go to the register like that... Because services were added with out our permission. Extremely disappointed. My first experience with them. Terrible.
