1. As a customer I get cheatted from swatch group
[protected].
I would like to share my bad experience to any other future customers.
I get a gift from my mom as calvin klein watch k2174.
After a 1 year of having it crown on watch get stacked so I was not able to
Correct time on watch. Moving it left and right it get pulled out and I did made time. Since crown stayed out and I was not able to put it back completely. Watch did work properly and I did not pay attention.
Soon after 8 months watch stop working. Since I am in eu currently.
I contacted my mom to see what can be done.
As we find company info we send watch to them to see what is going on
And how it is possible for watch to stop.
We was more than suppressed when we was told to pay $191.63
On a fashion watch paid $350.
Since my mom is older person she did get this present for me and paid cash in macy s. After days and days explain my situation on bbb.org.
Swatch group did look for any possible excuse to not cover this under warranty even do it is manufactured defects.
Be aware about this company and products they sell they will not stay behind a product and product is bad quality.
