T.J. Maxx - return

I have purchased from the runway for years and have spent tens of thousands of dollars at tj maxx. I went to return 3 items all from the runway. First I waited on line for 25 minutes before I got to the register. And then the cashier was gone for a long time. I know they have to check runway items, but the amount of time she was gone seemed obsessive. I asked if there was a problem? "no" she said, another 5 min. "can I help you with anything?" I asked. I was told no. The 3rd time and over 35 min. I asked again. The manager julie barked at me and said "you wore these pants" I told her I didn't. She said that there was a small tip by the zipper. I said that's why i'm returning them. I don't try on at the store. Tags were on I had receipt from 2 days prior, big red plastic security tag with white paper attached. I bought off clearance rack for 29$ marked down a few times from $79. I told her I didn't. She insisted I did. I said hid the heck could I all tags on including security tag. She said I tampered with it. You have to literally cut those plastic security tags off and it isn't easy. I told her again I didn't wear them how could I with s big red plastic security tag hanging from the hem. Not to mention the regular tags. She not only refused to return those but would not take back other 2 items. I asked to speak to a manager and to my surprise she said she was. I asked to speak to a different one. And she said she was the only one there. I found out later that day that there were 3 managers there at that time. We are arguing because she accused me and insisted I did this now 30 people on line are witnessing this. And then she calls security because I wasn't leaving. I have take my return stop another tjmaxx where mary a manager takes my return without incident. I called the paramus store for the name of the manager who abused me. I was on hold fir 3 5 min to get her name. Julie. I call customer service and speak to 2 different people on 3 different occasions. They were horrified this happened and gave me a case # the customer service manager joseph. He said it absolutely amazed and said shouldn't have ever happened. Then I get a call from district manager. Tammy brewer who laughed hysterically when she asked me what would make it right. I told her $500 gift card. After she was finished laughing at me. I asked her what she thought was funny, I didn't think anything was funny at all., I was very upset. About her basically calling me a liar and a con in front of so many people. It was ridiculously rude unnecessary and abusive. Tammy gave an entire speech about how their employees were supposed to be everything that julie wasn't and then offered me a $50 gift card. I told her no thank you. I will reach out to corporate. She gave me the name of jessica who is the same number as the other customer service people I have already spoken too. I will never go to that paramus store again because of julie and it will be a while before I go to any tjmaxx store. That woman owes me an apology and it should be in front of many people just as her disrespectful behavior towards me was done in front of 30 people. Her accusations were completely unfounded and she was disgusting rude. They have lost a very good customer. Thanks to the manager julie and district manager terry. She was the only one who felt what transpired was on me. I guess she thought that I was gonna walk away after someone yelled at me saying I did something I didn't and refused to let me speak to someone who knew what they were doing. I was told she was new and also told that was no excuse for her behavior.
