I will never buy another dress from them for as long as I live. I bought a dress for my brothers wedding. I didn't care for the way it looked or felt on me. When I started to fill out the return slip, it said I had to get an RA number from them directly. When I went online to get the RA# they informed me I was past the 5 day return limit and refused to give one to me. No where on the return slip does it say ANYTHING about needing to do it in 5 days. Be weary of buying from them.
No, I didn't. It still is in it's original package, with the tags still on it. It is in the exact same condition it was shipped to me in. The only time I put it on was to see if I liked the way it fit on me. Please place the blame where it belongs, which is NOT on me.
I wish I had really looked into PROMGIRL.com before i had placed an ordered with them. I bought a prom dress for my daughter it was about $400 with shipping. It arrived and was seriously so cheap. It literally had glitter falling off the dress and was everywhere in my house for just from opening it in my living room and walking to the bedroom to try it on. After 3 weeks, I received an email saying that the dress was ripped but yet no picture proof was sent with the email. Unbelievable. Still waiting for an email to prove this rip. Obviously they can just take a picture of another dress. WARNING: TAKE A PICTURE OF THE DRESS BEFORE YOU SEND IT BACK SO YOU HAVE YOU PROOF OF NO DAMAGES IF YOU DECIDE TO BUY FROM HERE!
I wish I had done some research on this site before I ordered from them. The dress we got for my daughter was $350 and it was the cheapest thing I had ever seen in my life. Please Please do not order from them, they will only give you store credit if you try to return the dress.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!they sent me the wrong dress TWICE! i ended up having to go out the DAY before my prom to find a new dress, shoes and accessories. when i asked to speak to their manger or president they didnt allow me to. this company is a joke!
I paid for a 3 day delivery and its still NOT here! My I add my prom is in THREE DAYS!
