Had our daughter there for 2 years.
Some teachers are good especially in the toddler area.
Once they get older the "teachers" are too young and inexperienced. They do not provide protection for your kid. I literally witnessed a big kid run over to my daughter when she was less than 2 and shoved her unto the ground.
I stepped in and asked WTH is this? Young "teacher" stated "oh he has a pushing problem but we're working with him"
She proceeded to tell him "name-removed, don't push... thank you" as she has her back to him and he is still standing there waiting for me to step out so he can do it again!

This past week, not an hour after dropping her off, I'm called because she has TWO scratches on her cheek from her nose back past her eyes.
I'm told the same "teacher" went to grab her when my daughter was under a table and scratched her face!

I have tried to simulate this several times! its no possible unless you're used to handling toddlers by their face from behind!
Both administrators could also not explain it to me when I ran back to pick her up!
They stated "will will work with the teacher!"

? are you kidding me? no one's child is here to TRAIN YOUR TEACHERS! that is what they should already know!
Needless to say I took her out this week!
