My wife purchased a jacket from your Freehold, NJ Store on 11-17-19. She it one time and realized it was not warm enough. Today, 11-23-19 she returned the jacket with the receipt and the tags, which had been removed. She was told we were unable to make the return because the tags were no longer attached. My wife expressed that although that was written on the receipt, she was unaware of the restriction. She also mentioned being a customer for many years. She asked for a manager and was told the same. Being that the purchase was 6 days ago, and that the receipt and tags were presented, it seems wrong. I'm sure the tags could have be resecured.
