Extended Stay America

Checkin Receptionist was not at the desk. I had arrived at 2:50 pm and said hello twice as I didn't hear any response

She came out and curtly told me I have to wait another 8 minutes as it is 3 pm, and she went back inside

I waited in the lounge area and came to the window at 3 pm and I asked her if it's normal to be rude to customers. She continued to be discourteous and I asked her if I should complain to the manager, to which she responded that she cannot check me in, and she made wait for another receptionist to check me in even though I have online reservation
This is a very bad experience even though I am a long time customer
