McDonald's

I came to pick up. Had me go to the front and wait for 20min. 10 have already gone before me while waiting. They forgot about me. Had to go back again. Had to go around again the drive thru. Got home found my order a mess. Went back. Told them the problem. They insisted they did it right. Tried to appease me by explaining they gave me extras. Didnt mention anything about fixing the order. Wow. I hope that makes you (mcdonalds head office) feel better. Let me know if you're convinced. I'm not. I left. You know what, keep the burger, I said. Its not worth it. Instead of fixing it, they aggravated the situation by explaining. I pity the owner. Not going back there. I'm so put off with that mcdonalds location. Never got my orders right mobile or drive thru. I hope these are not your standards. The better question is, what will you do about it? I'm a Mcdonalds fan and I'm pissed. Theyre messing up our restaurant!
