Tuff Shed

I was initially looking forward to this in a big way, but sadly everything went wrong.

We sat with the sales person who advised us that our city requires the use of 4 anchors (one in each corner) in order to pass inspection, and that we are not required to do anything in preparation ahead of installment. We placed our order with him that day and paid as requested only to have the following occur:

1- We were stuck obtaining the necessary permits.

2- the Office personnel would not return my messages when I had any questions.

3- day of installation was 01/18/2022. The guys were nice enough but left us with a ridiculous installation (Pic below)and said the company was out of the anchors required for the city inspection to pass and they would come back later with them (never heard from anyone again).

4- we called our sales rep only to find out he never ordered the anchors.

5- we tried to complain about the base being on two bricks and a shimmy and were advised this is how Tuff Shed installs.

I find this hard to believe, and there is no inspector that is going to OK this as installed.
