My brother and I were in the Village Inn at 4416 Dodge Street Omaha, NE. On Sunday December 16th of 2018, at around 10 am.
We were already seated when they host(ess) sat two men close to our table, one gentleman had a VIP/Cigarette in his hand, he set it down on the table and within 2 mins took a drag off it and bent down and let it out.
My brother who is a Chef and bartender knows that is not aloud, so he informed the man that it was not aloud. The man proceeded to tell us " it does not contain chemicals and that he would come over and slug us in the face, " told him (as he was going to get up) " come on you will have a lawsuit on your hands." (he didn't)
So I went up to the Manager Michael P. and told what had happened, Michael said he would talk to the man. Michael stood there and talked with the man, which heard the man say " it was an accident."
As we were up paying our bill my brother told Michael that the man had lied when he said it was an accident. Michael said " This is not the first time he has been told!"
Michael P. the Manager, in our option, after we heard that, should have had the cook box up the man's food and told him to get out.
