This evening 2/10/2023 at 8:52 p.m. I proceeded to open the front door of the store and an employee started yelling, yes YELLING at me to use the other door because the door I was opening was broken (according to her). I then entered the store through the adjoining door only to have the same woman (employee) yelling "We close in 8 minutes!". I replied, "Yes I know". She then proceeded to tell me in the same loud and abrasive tone of voice that if I was "not out of the store by 9:00 she will lock me in, and I will be WALKING home.' What? This is unacceptable for any customer to encounter, let alone one who spends thousands of dollars a year with your business. Lock me in? That's threatening me. Walk home? What was she implying? I arrived in a vehicle. What is that supposed to mean? Terroristic threats and extreme aggressive abnormal RUDE behavior. She is undoubtedly not intelligent enough nor trained properly for customer service positions. I left the store within 1 to 1 1/2 minutes because not only did I feel extremely unwelcome and threatened, but also the product I was going to purchase was not available. Unavailability is understandable, This employee's behavior is not. If anyone chose to pursue this further, they certainly would have every right and she would be charged according to the law. Threatening a customer? Every other employee in this store exceeds expectations going above and beyond and they are greatly appreciated by the public. This employee should be dismissed. Please do not confuse her with the lady that was working with her and is a VERY fine person and an asset to the company. I was disrespected and treated with contempt and hostility. This is not the first time she has treated a customer or co-workers with aggressive and threatening remarks.
