Issue: Web page states 10 in stock, but there weren't any on the shelf.
It's so frustrating to research and find what is needed, then go there and find that the data is inaccurate, and the item is not in stock. Grrr.
I understand that 100% accuracy is impossible with the quantity of items you carry, but it's frustrating to have all that time wasted.
Again, I understand, but it doesn't make it better.
