On 9/13/19 I went to pick-up my medications and was one short. I was told that a request was sent to doctor and no reply had been received. I sent a message to the doctor late on 9/16/19. I was sent a reply that no request had been received from Walgreens. I tried to tell Walgreens of this potiental problem as was it is not important by Keith. He seems to be more interested in the end result and not any issues with the problems with the method.
The prescription refill was sent based on my inquiry, the morning of 9/17/19, not a Walgreens message.
What happens when the request is for something alot more important and there is no follow up to the request? Or, the person is not aware that they need to check on the refill request themselves?
Not all people are as courious as I am as to why something is not working, or is on time, as told.
