My wife visited the store in Rockingham, NC on 03/14/2023 at 3:30 in the afternoon. Very few customers. I ordered a Chopped steak plate and my wife a classic hamburger. We watched and it was not 1 minute, she brought both of our plates. The meat was already cooked as well as the fries. The meat was very cool (not hot at all) I can understand during peak times having some precooked for a few minutes. But not at 3:30 in the afternoon. It was not good and fresh like we always got when going there. Very disapointed. Will think twicw before going back
