Chipotle Mexican Grill

Upon visiting Chipotle Monroe, NC I ordered 2 rice bowls. First off there was no brown rice available so I told the young lady to go ahead and give me the white rice.

Once I begin to eat I realized the rice was not cooked properly the grains was hard and crunchy and didn't taste good at all.

I eat at this location several times a week and has never had this happen until now.

Both bowls had uncooked rice!

Please provide a way to resolve this $21.14 purchase.
