Made an appt 05/14/2022 lakeisha set me up for 1pm. So I get there an she has taken in a walking for root color. She said its going to be a few mins. I said ok. She then told me to go over the chair at the wash bowl. There was another lady under the dryer. She started washing my hair and said I needed a conditioning treatment. She stated my hair was very dry. So agreed to let her do the treatment. Then she started she was working on 5 at one time. Had I known this I would have canceled my appt for another day. She got done with one ahead of me. And washed an rinsed me and sat me in a chair. A back to the young she took in as a walking in. Then back to me. She Supposedly trimmed/ dusted my hair stating she knows curly hair. Also stating she was going to blow dry my bangs and check them when she was done. That didn't take place. When she was done she told me she didnt have time to style me. She had one waiting. She placed some product in my hair and sent me out wet. Well I went have an defused it. The next morning I washed it and was trying to style it. Noticed my hair was way shorter on one said then the other and I looks a mess. And I even explained to her I was letting my hair grow our. Now I have to get it cut again to fix her mess up. I'm very upset.

On Friday I got a haircut. I showed the woman a picture of the cut I wanted. She said no problem. I didn't have it styled in fear of being charged more. On Saturday I went to style it like the photo. I couldn't getit to stlye like the photo. I am very displeased. And to be charged $45 on top of it. Last time I had a cut it was $25. If I knew it was that much I would of gone to a nicer salon for $5 more.
