The Salvation Army USA

At the Walmart in Kernersville, NC on Main St on 11/24/23 around 330pm I was going into Walmart, an older kettle man was standing with his foot up on the wall smoking a cigarette ringing his bell. He did not address anyone at the time I was headed into the store, that was ok with me but what I did not like was when I came out of the store, a lady was behind me and she said to him that she did not have any money at the time to give, he then said to her "well you just spent money in there so you must have money". So rude and disrespectful. had it been me I would have given him a few words, but she just kept walking. I don't know if you screen these people who stand out in front of places for you, but it may be a good idea to have an etiquette class or at least an anonymous person checking in on them. I have never seen that happen and he was an older man who knew better but I guess his personality was showing. No telling what he said to other people. he is not a good candidate to represent the Salvation Army.
