ON 5/3/2019 at 12:07:51am I purchased a 3 soft taco supreme meal=$7.57.I gave the cashier (ANNA) $20.00 cash.She returned to me$2.43-I stated (ANNA) the change you've given me is incorrect you have made an error. She became annoyed and stated I will have to count my register and proceeded to pretend to count her register.She then stated my register is $7.00 short, I stated to ANNA then not only have you made an error with my money exchange, you obviously have made others if your drawer is under. ANNA denied the error and refused to return my money.I asked for the managers name and if the money transactions at the window are video recorded.She stated yes.I called to get this error corrected and have the manager review the video and note where the casjier in fact made an error.I have yet to hear from anyone. I advise anyone going to this location have exact change, the attempt to rectify issues are low on the totem pole.
