I called a week ago to set up a perm to be done at your Ulta Garner location. I asked the lady who took my call if the person she was setting me up with 'Jackie' could do perms. Oh yes, she said. I asked if I needed to bring in my large rollers. Oh no, we have those. Great... the appointment was booked for 5pm when I got off work. Two days before the appointment, Jackie called my phone. I dont do perms, she said. I told her I specifically asked if she did when I made the appointment. She then told me that Sandy would take the appointment. Does she do perms, I asked. Oh yes. Do I need to bring in my rollers? Oh no, we have those. However, we cannot do your 5 pm appointment. Can you do 3? No, I am working that day... but can try to get out by 3:45, would that work? Yes, and the appointment was made. a little over 1 hour before the appointment, someone for Sandy calls. Can you come in at 3 today? No, I cant. I am working. It is apparent your company or its employees want my business or care about my schedule...or the fact I was taking time off to meet the schedule of its employees. I cancelled my appointment and will not return. When I called for the name of the Supervisor... I was told Brittany and no last name due to security. When I advised what I needed to do to file a complaint... I was told to place it here... and maybe someone would respond. Amazing.

When I went into the store I was looking for travel size clinique products that I use as I am going on a cruise and need to pack accordingly. The girl asked me in the testing manner what number do you use I said 4 (toner) the girl then goes to tell me that they only give samples for makeup. Which is a huge lie because i've always tested clonique before I buy a product. Anyways she talked to me like as of I was dumb and made me feel like she didnt think I nelonged in there.
