On Sunday 5/28/23 we had purchase tickets to go see fast and furious at 1030 pm. But when we arrived. Popcorn was old there was no ice for the soda and still charge us and then told us after. We left it like that due to the fact we really wanted to see the movie but at soon as we entered the theater it was hot and humid and some kids were smoking weed in the theater. No manager was available due to the time. No paper towel in the bathroom it was a complete disaster. It took me this long to complain because there is not place we’re to find someone to speak about this matter. I bought 5 tickets paid $104 and was no way to enjoy the moment we wanted to enjoy. I hope someone reach out to me soon thank you.

This theater was disgusting and completely unsanitary. Lobby not cared for. Floor a complete mess. Bathrooms were filthy. The confession was out of everything including but not limited to butter and fountain drinks (except sprite). Theater was not cleaned up from the previous show(s) (#7). Seats were broken. N 12 also doesn’t exist in. N 17, broken
