Sheetz - Incorrect order

At around 1:30 am I went to Sheetz and ordered 3 monsters, a curly fry plater (sour cream, lettuce, onions, tomatoes, cheese), and a mto burger (ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, lettuce, onion, tomatoes, Swiss cheese, pickles). When I got to the window to receive the food I was given a small bag with a small curly fry inside. I waited for another 15 minutes for someone to come to the window and assist me but no one came.

Desired outcome: I would appreciate a response to figure out how to go about this

Sheetz - Poor service

Sheetz station on Ramsey Street fayetteville. NC. Most of the entire staff should be fired. They stand around talking so much trash and not working that a 5 minute online order turns into a 20 minute wait. If they do make your food, it's either incorrect or they sit it to the side (behind the counter) and never call out the order for pickup. Then it's disgusting. I stand around talking about sex (in more graphic terms) or making derogatory comments about customers and curse. GHETTO! This makes three times now,over a one month time frame.

Desired outcome: Fire the ghetto staff and start over

Sheetz - Zero service

This is the second time I have ordered something through the app and showed up to pick up when I was told to only to have to wait to even be acknowledged. The first time was over an hour. Tonight wasn't as bad however tonight I pulled up the window and saw some orders sitting on the counter but didn't know who they belonged to. One of the 2 people working looked at me and waved. That's it. No other service until 20 minutes later when the "supervisor" showed up at the window to hand me a freshly made drink... That I didn't order. When I told her what I was waiting for she said "oh" turned around and grabbed the bag that I had been looking at for 20 minutes and handed it to me. When I expressed my dissatisfaction she said "ok. There's only 2 other people here." that's it. No apology. No attempt to find out what happened. Nothing. I'm beyond pissed. My food is cold AND I'm pissed. Ridiculous. I hope this isn't how this location is going to operate. Completely uncalled for.

Desired outcome: Refund for SECOND order of cold food.
