When our local Office opened I went to them. I was told I need upper and lower partials. I agreed. I paid up front on my Care Credit and they were to file to file my Insurance Company for them. This was all most 5 years ago or 6. My Insurance Company informed me last year they never filed it. All this time I am going for regular checkups they are smiling and saying we filed we just haven't heard back from them yet. This is bull! I have yet to wear them! They are still in the plastic container they came in. They have never fit. They claim to of adjusted them but never did. One Dentist said they were unfixable, then why didn't he redo them?

Now on my last visit 6/23/2023 I ask are you making my 6 month appointment she replied no we don't make 6 month appointments anymore. I thought that is a lie! I made up my mind I want ever go back. Now they are billing for Xray's that my insurance will pay that they have never filled! Yes, they have not filled! I called the day the bill came in and spoke to George in their billing department and he agreed it had not been filed and said not to pay it.Now, they are texting me and calling me for the $249.00. I am not paying till they file my insurance. They are waiting till my year is up in June so my insurance want pay. Watch these shady guys.
