Called around 2 pm on 10/17/2023 and spoke with a nice woman who told me that I needed to go online to Opentable.com to book a reservation for 10/22/2023 — my grandson's 6th birthday. I'm not that tech savvy and was bounced all around the various OpenTable sites and called back the Concord, NC store @ Concord Mills Blvd. The same woman (sorry I didn't ask her name) answered and tried to have her co-worker Tiffany help me out. Tiffany shouted in the background "It's her fault if she can't book online". Unbeknownst to them I could hear Tiffany and replied as such! It is not my fault and how insensitive to say that! The woman I was speaking with apologized for Tiffany and asked her to come to the phone and help me — Tiffany said she wasn't going to do it!
I have booked many events — more so, now that I'm retired and have NEVER heard such a BLATANT non-concern for a customer!
This would have been the first time I visited any Dave and Buster's establishment.
One can only surmise how many customers will never eat at Dave and Buster's or never return due to employees like Tiffany!
Desired outcome: I never file complaints; however, because my grandson has his heart set on going--I would like an apology and game certificates for my grandson's birthday and someone to help me book a reservation, please!
