Good morning!
I called up at the store at 7/29 at 10:10am to figure out if my order was still there. Someone answered and asked me my name three times before they can find the items. I was on hold for 5 minutes. They came back to the phone and said my ordered was being processed to get canceled. I explained I haven't received an email about my money being returned back on my card. The young lady didn't know. I asked to speak with the manager on duty because everything with the young lady was ummmmm...
I was put on a hold another 2 minutes, the young lady got back on the phone, repeating the same thing she told me before I asked to speak with the manager the first time. I asked her, why am I still talking to you? if I asked to speak with the manager. she says hold on again. The manager on duty I believe her name was Kendra, she came on the phone very unpleasant. I asked her wasn't I supposed to received an email showing the money will be back on my card. She said she didn't know and that they are not the ones that send the email out. I spent all together 9 minutes asking about items I paid for. But no one knew the answer to anything. The manager was very short with me. I let the manager on duty know, I will be calling customer service about they service.
At 10:40am I received an email saying my order has been canceled. The worst customer service ever. I always shop at the store, never had any problems it was just my first time I ordered online and having it shipped to the store. Please talk with staff about Professionalism.
