My prescription was given away to someone with the same name as myself, they insisted that I am picking my prescription up on thursday I have to wait almost 45 minutes not even to talk my manager but if you talk to lead
He stated a report will be filed and someone would get in contact with me no one has one has called or returned any emails, to explain why this happen, how much of my information was given out to this person I would like to have answers
