Top Tier Solar Solutions - Service

Salesman said quick install. It took months..salesman said 25000 rebate could be taken off cost. The finance dept. Says incorrect info. It took 3 months to get inspection approved because of slow repair progress. Have had system on since Nov. It's almost Feb. Still paying 300.00 elect. Bill plus 300.00 solar bill even though I'm not getting any solar power.

I've sent multiple texts and calls to 3 or 4 different ph. #s. Can only get recordings that never return calls. Been trying to get service since first of Dec. Its almost Feb. I'M VERY DISSATISFIED WITH .top TIER SOLAR...

Claimed loss: 300.00 a month extra power bill for no power.

Desired outcome: Fix what they installed. Return calls or texts to customers. Come service what they sell. Come.when they say they will.
