Hi my name is Sandra Sifford. I work at Horizon eye care. Me and my co-worker went to Firehouse sub at 2700 Mallard creek church rd ste 200 on May 8th. Our food was made incorrectly. I spoke with Mrs Baker the mgr. She shaid to come back and we will remake order. ON may 22 Me and my co-worker came back. We waited 30 min for our food and hers was correct and mine was incorrect. I spoke with Mrs Baker again and she said for me to bring back the sandwich. I would have but I waited so long to get my food, I had to be back at work. She said she had to have the sandwich in order to replace it. This is very inconvenient for me. I work for doctors and I have a 1hr lunch. I told her that I didnt bring anything for lunch and I could not come back to the store. I took pictures of my sandwich and asked her if I could show her the pictures after I get off work. She said no and there is nothing else she could do. Please respond to me ASAP please [protected]
