01/30/20 around 6pm. I was waiting in a long line with The 1 cashier named Toccerra. I asked the other employee could we get some help. Toccerra becomes rude & says she don't need help & continued to keep being disrespectful. She refuses to cash my sons food items for me. So I leave the store & give my 12yr old son the money to pay for his food. Toccerra takes the food off the conveyer belt & tells my son, "since your mom is a [censored] I'm not ringing your food up and get out my store. I came back in and asked the other (Employee Mr warren or Warner if he can please ring up my sons food. He raises his hands and says he isn't getting in the middle of it. Toccerra proceeds to make physical threats and that is when I pushed some items on the counter but walked out after. Which I apologize. The camera will back up this story. I have come to this Family Dollar for 5yrs and I never had a problem with any of your employees. They are very friendly and helpful and I am a Regular customer at least 4-5 days a week. Your Employee Toccerra was very rude to Me and even disrespectful to My child. Her customer service, attitude, and demeanor was completely unacceptable. Thank You for your time.
