I ordered online through Door Dash at a Charlotte location (receipt attached). I was expecting it to be a delay due to the Beyonce' concert, so the original 60 minute estimated time was not a problem. Our driver kept in communication with us informing us that she was waiting for one more order to be complete. Over TWO hours later, our food arrived and the pancakes were burnt from one order and my order was wrong AND had hair in it. On the receipt, you can see where I purchased a BLT with NO EGG! As you can see, I had a completely different order WITH EGGS. I settled for the incorrect order after two hours of waiting only to take a bite and pull hair from out of my mouth. I threw the entire meal away and was completely disappointed with the entire order.
Desired outcome: I want a refund for my order!
