Discount Tire

This is the 2nd set of Michelin Defender tires that I have had on my 2020 F-350 Super duty truck. The first set was bought at 13,195 miles and the second set replaced at 30,273. After having my truck serviced and tires rotated at 50,000 miles, the service tech said tires were about shot. I went back to Discount Tire on Airport Road in Arden NC and was told only 2 of the tires were worn enough to be under warranty. So, after 27 minutes waiting on the phone for their customer care rep I was told I would be called by the store manager, Adam within 24 hours to resolve. Didn't happen and I have had 2 complete sets of 50,000-mile tires with 1 set getting 16,000 miles and the last set getting 19,000.
