My Asian wife was in Walgreens today at 1602 Main Street, Billings, Montana, today at 9:15am. She was going to buy some makeup that appeared to be 13 dollars and change, but when it rang up it was 22.99. So she told the clerk she did not want to purchase it. The clerk got snotty and made a racial slur. Then the manager came over and denied it happened without consulting her or the store video. The manager (Terri?) then got irate with her. It was very upsetting in this time of so many racists acts against Asians.
Desired outcome: Please review the in store video.
