Dollar General store # 17825 Louisville MS. This is my 2nd complaint on the same store. This time pictures to follow. This time fire marshal also contacted as it is a fire hazard, and since NOTHING has been done since my last complaint. My husband who is wheelchair bound can not access any part of this store and when he is along I have to drive 4 miles to go to a different store just so he can enter the store with me. I have to turn sideways to access any of the isles pictured. Many of the shelves can not be accessed because of the rolling carts, that you can not move even with them on wheels. I can not find much of the items I am looking for because they have not been stocked and they expect you to sort through the rolling carts. I was just told I could not take pictures of the store and the conditions in the store, I told the clerk not only did I just do it but I would do it every time I came into the store and would be reporting it every time I set foot in there. Not only am I reporting it here but also as a code and fire hazard.
Desired outcome: Fix the situation
Dollar General - The entire store not accessible. Very unsafe for customers.
Dollar General store # 17825 Louisville MS. This store is not safe for customers. The store has been like this for months... Months! You can not access the shelves for the carts sitting lined in front of them. You attempt to move rolling cart and they are hooked together so you can not move them. Wheelchair access is non active. A wheelchair person can not access any isle in the store. Many complaints have been made to managers of this store and it just keeps getting worse nothing is done to fix the situation. The store floor is the storage room using rolling locked in place carts. Other dollar general stores I have been in this is not the norm, please fix the problem before I decided to start reporting it to code enforcement, this is a dangerous environment for all. If a fire was to happen the department could not handle it sufficiently.
Desired outcome: FIX the situation
Well in a way you are handling this the wrong way. Next time you talk to the manager tell them you will report this to the fire department. Then they will quickly fix things. If things are as bad as you claim they can be fined heavily for the fire hazard and or even shut down.
