I have gone to the location in Columbus, MS several times this past month. This past visit I got to the drive-thru at 1:36 PM and they did not take my order until 1:50 PM and when I came to the window, they were not apologetic or nice. He rudely told me to move forward and then when he handed me my food, he literally threw it in my window. I got his name, Jacobe Jones, and called to speak to the shift leader but they were just as rude. I asked for corporate number, but they refused to give me the number and told me it was on my receipt. I have kept my receipt as proof of time, person's name and order because the way they handled themselves was very rude.
