I went to drive time asking about leasing the vehicle for a year I spoke with sales rep TJ Griffin he informed me that yes in fact I could least a vehicle for one year and that he will be glad to help me do that. After I made a couple of payments on the vehicle I spoke with bridgecrest and asked why was my payment so high they informed me that I was purchasing the vehicle not leasing it I then contacted drive time spoke with the branch manager who said they never leased cars and he didn't know why I was told that they did. After having the car for 4 months I started noticing that the wheels were starting to feel like they were wobbling I called drive time to inform them that the vehicle wasn't driving right it seemed like something was wrong with the wheels they didn't want to take responsibility for that and that the car I later found out was in several accidents and that's why the driving is impaired not sure but checking to make sure that the vehicle is not a salvage vehicle that they sold to me for $35, 000 I feel disrespected and taking advantage of this is not right they need to be stopped
My name is Fred Douglas Slaughter Jr my telephone number is [protected] if this case is still going on I will love to join
Desired outcome: Put dry time out of business and get some of my money back and make sure this doesn't ruin my credit
