Aspen Dental

I went in on Dec 9. Said had to submit to my insurance before can do work. My insurance gave me fax number, but Aspen dental would not use. Said would call me after approval to set next apt. 1 1/2 months later no call. I checked with my insurance and they received nothing from Aspen Dental. Called Aspen Dental said they would look into it. No return call. Called again to deal with office manager. Unavailable would call me back but so far no call. I gave been in pain this whole time!
