I am now on day 4 with the run around. Tried to use customer care they sent a tech to fix my couch but 3 support pieces of wood were used with knots that broke. Customer care won't fix it and the GBS extended warranty company doesn't fix frames. Don't buy Ashley Furniture ever again and I will recommend my 1000 social media friends to do the same and take pictures of the inside of an Ashley couch and share it with everyone I come across.
