YMCA

I attended a spinning class at the above YMCA. The date was December 2, 2019. I attended at the above location. I informed the instructor that the bike was dysfunctional and my spinning shoe was stuck on the pedal. After class mangment was informed, they stated they did not have the tools at that time to get get the shoe off the pedal and informed me to to come back the next day. I Returned the next day Dec 3, 2019. I found my shoe damaged beyond repair. I immediately had rhe manager on duty take a photo and i contacted the director via email with pictures. I have attached a picture. The manger informed me that someone had watched a you tube video to remove the shoe. I asked several times to get this in writing. I am requesting to be contacted and reimbursed for my shoes.
