Family Dollar

I want to complain about the deplorable conditions in which you have your employees working. The establishment is without heat/air conditioning, has been for years. Complaints after complaints is not working. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Would you want to work in those conditions or furthermore your family member.

The current temperature is 1 degrees and this establishment doesn't have any heat, the workers are in the building with their coats and gloves trying to provide for YOUR customers.

There's no reason why they should have to work under those conditions. Family Dollar makes a lot of money at that location. Is it the fact that it's in a predominantly African American neighborhood, which is why you hold your employees with low disregard. Hmmm, I wonder if the employees were white would they receive the same treatment. Yes, I am using the race card.

The District Manager should be fired, because they are well aware of the situation, but I guess they get their enthusiasm to help from corporate.
